EaseDrop - In Times of Confusion and Upheaval
When you are in a state of confusion or upheaval - any state of strong negative emotion - it is not the time to make decisions of consequence. Sometimes, in a strong emotional state it feels compelling or even urgent to make decisions. If you can at all, postpone those decisions, especially bigger ones.
The most important choice in that moment would be to tend to your wellbeing and find something that helps you feel better. Be it a nap, going into nature, a meditation or process, prayer, distraction with something unrelated that feels good or is fun even, any tool that works for you. Or just remembering and setting an intention for more wellbeing for you in this moment, for whatever the situation is that triggered the emotions, or for you (and others, if you desire,) in general.
Greater wellbeing is always a good choice.
Be kind to yourself.
Sometimes the best decision in a place or situation of upheaval is to (even temporarily) remove yourself from that situation, if you can, and tend to your wellbeing. Then you can revisit it later from a state of feeling better, from a state of greater alignment and connection.
