Do you ever find yourself in an experience in your life - that could be a situation you are in, a circumstance, an inner experience, a pattern you discover in yourself, a pattern of repetitive negative experiences - really anything in your life experience that you do not prefer or do not want? You might not even know what it is you desire instead. You just want this thing gone. You desire something better.

What you can do to improve the situation for yourself and open yourself up to new experiences, is intending for more wellbeing in this experience or theme or circumstance or aspect of your life or yourself - whatever it is that bothers you. 

More wellbeing. 

Instead of thinking about the unwanted or how to solve it, simply keep thinking wellbeing, wellbeing to this thing, intending wellbeing, praying for more wellbeing, inviting in more wellbeing, writing wellbeing - in whatever ways work for you.

Through changing your focus to wellbeing, you open up for something new to come into you and your experience that is of more wellbeing. 

Over time, you and your experience will change toward more wellbeing - in new flavors and experiences.
