What does it mean to live your life for you? Isn’t that selfish? What about the ones in your care?
These are excellent questions. Living for you in the sense that we suggest does not mean that you only care for yourself.
It means you care for yourself first. You care about your alignment and how you feel and your inner connection first. In this state, you are in conscious connection with Source, the Source of wellbeing. This wellbeing will also stream forth from you. Everyone you interact with will benefit from your alignment.
It may, in some cases, mean that you sometimes do say no to something you used to say yes to. Sometimes people may not like that for a while. Some people may, over time, not be a part of your life any longer in the same way they used to be.
You are always in your highest service when you care about yourself and your wellbeing. You are a living example and often, without knowing, inspire others to care more about their wellbeing.
If you have children or someone who needs your care, or animals or plants even - of course you do care for them.
Yet, still, care for your alignment first as much as you can and remember. And then those relationships will become more enjoyable over time. Relationships that you experience as draining will become less so. New, never before considered solutions may offer themselves that are beneficial to all involved.
Caring for your wellbeing from a heart-centered perspective always is beneficial to others around you.
