EaseDrop - Don’t Believe Everything You Think

Any thoughts you have that run in your mind or arise in response to events, emotions or other thoughts that are thoughts of self-judgment, self-criticism, beating up on yourself - all of these thoughts, beliefs and programs are not based in truth. They are lies about you that you keep telling yourself.

All they are are ideas, beliefs and patterns that you picked up somewhere along your way and that somehow took root in your brain and mind. They have been repeated over and over and then build upon by more thoughts along the same line that also have been repeated over and over.

But their persistence and repetition doesn’t make them true. It just makes them a program. It makes them influential and powerful in your life experience.

They are just outdated beliefs and programs with no basis in truth or reality.

What you can learn from them is the strength and power of repetition, persistence and the consistent practice of something.

In the same way you repeat these untrue and discordant thoughts over and over, you can also repeat thoughts over and over that are in alignment with who you really are and thoughts that serve you. And thus you give those thoughts power and form new beliefs and programs.

Then you can see how that feels for you and what subsequently happens in your life over time.
