EaseDrop - Fruitful Review of Your Life Experience
Today is a day that is especially fruitful in reviewing your life experience. What is it that you love and enjoy? What is it that you do not prefer? Where do you desire change or something new altogether?
That could be patterns and beliefs within you. That could be experiences you keep experiencing. That could be circumstances that you wish to change.
Or it could be desires you have for change or something completely new that you have never experienced in this life before. Or it could be more of something that you already enjoy.
All of these aspects of your life experience, it is a good time to allow a few moments to review and become clear about your preferences.
For those items that you do not prefer and wish to transform - it is good to acknowledge them. But do not spend time and energy on them.
It is only a matter of releasing them. It does not serve you to analyze, dig deep and find the root. You can just release them and intend that they be released with root cause. You could, as an example, write them on a piece of paper and burn it or find some other way of releasing them.
The only attention beneficial to what is not preferred is an acknowledgement, a thank you and lovingly releasing them into the light, back to Source.
Focus on the essence of what it is that you desire new or more of or changed and new aspects in certain areas that you wish to expand upon.
For the purpose of today - unless you feel really inspired and enthusiastic - we recommend that do not go into the details of your desires but focus on the essence of them.
As an example - let’s say you have desires concerning relationships. What would you like to experience new, changed or more of in your relationships? Would you like to experience more confidence in relating to others? Better communication? More fun? Deeper connection?
Would you like to experience more financial wellbeing or ease? More fulfillment in your work?
Focus in on the essence of what it is that you desire.
Going into the weekend, this is an especially fruitful time for these kinds of reflections. So when you have some time to invest into this - or even as things occur to you throughout your day - record them or make a mental note.
You can in many fun ways direct your focus toward what it is that you desire.
And that can change. It is a dynamic list that can evolve and change as you do, maybe even daily.
